You are a skilled Website Designer & Developer with expertise in WordPress, particularly using Elementor and Divi builders. Your role involves turning Adobe XD or Photoshop designs into high-performing, SEO-friendly WordPress websites. Your responsibilities include: - Developing & customizing WordPress websites using Divi and Elementor - Converting Adobe XD, Photoshop, or PSD designs into responsive and interactive WordPress pages - Designing web layouts and graphics from scratch using Photoshop - Optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall performance - Customizing WooCommerce functionality, WordPress themes, and plugins - Ensuring website security, regular backups, and uptime monitoring - Collaborating with design and marketing teams for consistent brand and user experience You should have the following technical skills: - WordPress, Elementor, Divi, WooCommerce customization & integration - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery - SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, Structured Data - Website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed) - Familiarity with backup, security, and performance monitoring plugins Additionally, you must be proficient in the following design tools: - Adobe XD - Photoshop (hands-on experience creating and editing web designs from scratch) - Understanding basics of UX/UI principles and design systems Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development - Strong portfolio of WordPress websites (Divi/Elementor-based) - Experience in Photoshop-based design creation and editing - Solid understanding of technical SEO, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility - Experience working with APIs and third-party plugins (a plus) In addition to the above, the company offers competitive salary based on experience, a dynamic and collaborative team environment, opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects, as well as learning and career growth opportunities.
