WordPress VIP Developer / Engineer

You are looking for a WordPress VIP Developer / Engineer who should be flexible to relocate if needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year working on the WordPress VIP platform. This is a full-time position with a notice period of 1 month. As a WordPress VIP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance enterprise websites to meet WPVIP standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring code compliance with WordPress VIP coding standards, optimizing website performance, scalability, and security, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, working with APIs and custom integrations, as well as troubleshooting and debugging WordPress VIP environment issues. Required skills and qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development, hands-on experience with the WordPress VIP platform, strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, familiarity with Git and modern development workflows, understanding of enterprise WordPress architecture, knowledge of security best practices in WordPress, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience with headless WordPress (REST API, GraphQL), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, prior experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale websites, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Bitbucket, or GitHub.,
