WordPress / Shopify Developer (Strong in Plugin Development & Core PHP)

We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress and Shopify Developer with strong experience in WordPress plugin development and solid understanding of Core PHP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining high-performance websites and plugins, while also contributing to Shopify theme and app integrations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Create custom plugins from scratch using Core PHP and WordPress APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WordPress code.
• Handle Shopify theme customization, liquid coding, and app integration.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow coding best practices.

Required Skills:

• Expert in WordPress (custom themes, custom plugins, hooks, filters, WP_Query, REST API).
• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and Liquid code.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with WooCommerce and Shopify Apps.
• Knowledge of Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
