Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and reports. Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all hiring-related activities. Support HR initiatives and activities when required. Who You Are A fresher or recent graduate with an interest in recruitment and human resources. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using tools like MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organized, responsible, and eager to learn. Committed to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
