Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at Wool Cup ~ Urban Cafe & Bistro, located in Hyderabad. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards. Duties will include coordinating the food and beverage service, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales through promotions and excellent customer service. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage, and Food Service Sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth Strong leadership and team management abilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
