About the Role We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our core team and work directly with leadership on an aggressive enterprise outreach and business development campaign. This is not a routine sales job — it’s a high-velocity, hands-on role where you will be actively involved in building the pipeline, speaking to decision-makers, and driving deals from the first message to closure. You’ll be at the centre of our outbound GTM motion — prospecting, calling, presenting, following up, tracking every conversation, and helping shape the product narrative in front of enterprise clients. This role is for someone who wants to own outcomes, not tasks . Key Responsibilities Execute targeted outbound campaigns with leadership: identify accounts, prospect key stakeholders, and run outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls. Initiate conversations and engage confidently with decision-makers to understand their needs and position Woodfrog’s solutions. Deliver discovery calls and product/service demos with clarity and confidence; handle objections and communicate value effectively. Own and manage CRM operations ( Zoho CRM ): maintain lead data, update pipelines, track follow-ups, and ensure strong CRM hygiene. Draft, personalize, and send outreach sequences; coordinate with marketing for collateral and campaign support. Create proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents tailored to industries and business needs. Collaborate closely with leadership on outreach strategy, messaging, and negotiation planning. Gather market intelligence and feedback from conversations; suggest improvements to outreach, messaging, and sales process. Report weekly on outreach volume, pipeline status, and conversion metrics. Requirements 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing — preferably in tech, SaaS, or data/AI services. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and confidence in initiating and leading conversations with senior stakeholders. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment. Proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and discovery calls. Hands-on with CRM tools ( Zoho CRM experience is a strong plus ) and disciplined with pipeline and follow-up management. Basic understanding of data, analytics, or AI solutions and their business impact. Preferred Skills Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.) for research, content, and outreach personalization. Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, and email automation tools. Exposure to proposal writing, pricing models, and ROI/TCO conversations. Ability to draft messaging and outreach scripts for different buyer personas. Basic understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-powered workflows.
