Job Title: E-Commerce Executive – Women’s Ethnic Wear Company: Woodentant Location: Tagore Park, Kasba, Kolkata (Near Tagore Park Auto Stand) About Us: Woodentant is a women’s ethnic wear brand specializing in handwoven sarees, kurtis, and traditional wear. With our own manufacturing unit, we bring authentic Bengal handloom and unique designs directly to our customers at wholesale prices. Job Role & Responsibilities: Listing products (sarees, kurtis, suits, blouses, etc.) on various e-commerce platforms. Managing product catalogs, updating stock, and ensuring accurate product details with descriptions, pricing, and images. Processing and fulfilling customer orders across online marketplaces and the company’s website. Coordinating with the dispatch/logistics team for timely order deliveries. Handling customer queries related to product availability, order status, or returns/exchanges. Tracking sales performance, returns, and marketplace compliance. Key Requirements: Prior experience in e-commerce operations or product listing. Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear (sarees, kurtis, fabrics, designs, etc.). Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email handling). Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream). Candidates with fashion/retail background preferred.
