You will oversee the entire project process from inception to completion, which includes preparing 2D-3D designs, presentations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quotes, as well as facilitating material selection with customers. Your role will also involve providing design consultation, educating customers on NoBroker's processes and terms, and ensuring timely updates to both customers and management on project status and progress. Collaboration with merchant and fulfillment teams will be essential to uphold project delivery timelines and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for closing deals with customers and achieving monthly sales targets without being directly involved in the design aspect. The ideal candidate for this role should possess relevant experience in independently managing interior design projects and demonstrate a thorough understanding of factory-made modular furniture, including kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units. Proficiency in translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is required. Knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware commonly used in modular kitchens and wardrobes, as well as familiarity with costing practices for modular furniture and the ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and Cut lists are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Moreover, the successful candidate should exhibit process-oriented and methodical behavior to adhere to company processes for project success. Attention to detail and precision in drawings and calculations, along with an awareness of current design and style trends in interior design, will be advantageous.
