We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in AWS to join our dynamic team. As an ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of AWS services and infrastructure and a passion for developing scalable backend solutions. You should have at least 5 years of experience in backend development using Python and a solid grasp of designing and developing RESTful APIs. Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team are key attributes we are looking for. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be required to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Optimizing application performance, ensuring infrastructure security and scalability, developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and automating deployment processes using CI/CD tools are some of the tasks you will be involved in. Documenting system designs, processes, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing will also be a part of your responsibilities.
