We are seeking a skilled and reliable WordPress & Core PHP Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as building and maintaining dynamic web applications using Core PHP. Strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of modern web technologies are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins. Work on Core PHP projects including custom web applications and backend systems. Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability. Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services. Maintain code quality, organization, and documentation. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines. Ensure website security and best practices in web development. Handle website migrations, backups, and updates. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress and Core PHP development. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL. Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. Proficient in PHP frameworks (basic understanding of CodeIgniter or Laravel is a plus). Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization. Knowledge of cPanel, hosting environments, and website deployment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other major WordPress page builders. Understanding of REST APIs and AJAX.
