Our mission is to make high-quality, affordable, and interactive learning accessible to every learner in India and beyond. 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital campaigns that fuel the growth of our AI-powered educational platforms. You will be responsible for building strong digital brand presence, growing our user base across student and institutional segments, and managing omni-channel strategies that position iBookGPT and GPTSir as category leaders. 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for: B2C (students and parents) B2B (institutions, publishers, government partnerships) Own performance across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, affiliate, and influencer campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Product, Content, and Sales teams to align campaigns with launches (e.g., GPTSir books, pilot programs, test prep modules). Campaign Execution Plan and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Create and manage landing pages, funnels, and performance-driven creatives for conversion. Design and execute educational content campaigns (e.g., “GPTSir’s Funda” comic reels, test-prep explainers, institution case studies, etc.). Community & Organic Growth Grow our presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn with fresh content that aligns with our AI-first education narrative. Collaborate with interns, influencers, and content creators to promote our AI textbooks and teaching tools. Drive email and WhatsApp marketing for launch events, product updates, and student engagement. Analytics & Optimization Own dashboards for key growth KPIs: CAC, CPL, ROAS, retention, engagement. Run A/B tests to optimize creative, targeting, and funnel performance. Translate insights into actionable campaign and product feedback. ✅ RequirementsMust-Have: 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or publishing-tech). Hands-on with Meta/Google Ads , Google Analytics , SEO tools , email automation tools , and social media marketing . Strong ability to write clear, persuasive copy (taglines, CTAs, ad copy, social media). Passion for AI-driven education and making a difference in Indian learning outcomes. Bonus: Experience with education brands , test-prep platforms , or AI tools . Understanding of funnel-based B2B2C models and GTM for institutional sales.
