Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Executive/Product Manager, located in Kolkata. The Product Executive/Product Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, developing and managing product strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of product plans. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams to drive product performance and achieve company targets. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of field experience in Cardio-Diabetic segment with sound knowledge on therapy Area Managers aspiring for Product management with sound knowledge on Cardio-diabetic therapy Proficiency in Market Research and Market Analysis Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication Skills Experience in Sales and client relationship management Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
