Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role involves promoting the company's services, setting up meetings with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in making outbound and inbound calls Customer service and relationship-building skills Ability to maintain detailed records and follow-up with potential clients Basic knowledge of web development, designing, and SEO services Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
