Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Saket, New Delhi Organization: Women Care Organization Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales by aligning meetings with potential corporate clients and ensuring timely follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing companies to promote our services and build new business relationships Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or CSR alignment Schedule, conduct, and follow up on meetings with corporate clients and decision-makers Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent follow-up communication Understand client needs and offer customized proposals and solutions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled Prepare regular reports on visits, meetings, and follow-up status Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
