The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards. The role also involves menu planning, ingredient selection, and working closely with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene standards and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Experience in menu planning and ingredient selection Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
