Role & responsibilities Create lesson plans/curriculum for imparting and improving IT knowledge w.r.t. MS Office, Advance Excel, Power BI to the students. Conduct network troubleshooting to identify and resolve general network problems. Install software, maintain, and introduce training as and when required. Track student progress and give them feedback. Create and conduct assessments. Preferred candidate profile Good Communication and reasoning skills. Hands-on experience of networking and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly windows, MS Office, Power BI and other tools.
