You are a highly technical and hands-on Senior Manager responsible for leading the Fulfillment & Logistics technology team in Hyderabad. Your role involves building and scaling a team to support and enhance the software and systems powering the global fulfillment network. This includes warehouse management, automation, transportation, and integration with Fanatics" broader technology ecosystem. You will manage engineers focusing on support, incident response, root cause analysis, and system stability. Your responsibilities include overseeing a diverse landscape that includes Manhattan Active WMS and internally developed applications in languages like Go, C#, and Python/PERL. Collaborating closely with onshore engineering leaders and operational stakeholders, you ensure business continuity, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement of fulfillment capabilities. Your key responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing team, serving as the technical escalation point, driving incident improvements, overseeing support for critical nodes, establishing root-cause analysis practices, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. To succeed in this role, you should have 14+ years of experience in software engineering or technical support roles, including 2+ years in engineering management. You should have experience supporting complex supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics systems, strong hands-on technical background, and familiarity with WMS platforms like Manhattan. Experience in managing 24x7 support, leading globally distributed teams, and excellent communication skills are essential. Nice to have qualifications include experience in warehouse automation, familiarity with AWS cloud services, exposure to DevOps practices, and observability tooling. Success in this role will be demonstrated by efficient incident triage, operational stability improvements at key sites, and the growth of the Hyderabad team into a trusted engineering partner.
