As a Project Manager at Trangile Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects with customers in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. While a background in ERP, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous, the focus is on strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and solid project management principles. You should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end WMS implementation projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, understanding warehouse business processes, preparing project blueprints, validating reports requirements, providing end-user training, resolving queries, attending client meetings, and gathering information on current business processes. You will also develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, act as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensure technical solutions meet client requirements, identify and mitigate project risks, monitor project progress, and ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Additionally, you will lead and motivate project teams, provide guidance and support for successful project execution, and maintain a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager, understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse management systems, and preferably hold a PMP or similar project management certification. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
