Drive improvements in incident tracking, severity categorization, playbook development, and data hygiene , including creating processes and tools that incorporate necessary enhancements to prevent recurring problems. Oversee support and enhancement coverage for critical nodes (e.g., Stakehill [UK], Aberdeen [US automation site], and Demand Made [MTO platform]), ensuring robust operations and prioritizing development of fixes and new capabilities for these systems. Establish strong practices around root-cause analysis and corrective actions , collaborating with engineering teams to implement software fixes and feature enhancements that minimize incident recurrence. Collaborate with Product and Engineering counterparts in the US to prioritize both support and development backlogs, stabilize systems, and deliver roadmap outcomes including key new features and improvements.
