We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our industrial mineral business across the West Zone (Gujarat, Maharashtra & Silvassa) . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling Calcium Carbonate, Talc, Barytes, Fillers, Pigments or Polymer Additives to paints, coatings, plastics, masterbatch and compounding industries . Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Identify and onboard new customers in paints, plastics, masterbatch, coatings and allied sectors. • Manage key accounts, pricing negotiations and long-term customer relationships. • Coordinate product trials, technical discussions and quality feedback with QC / plant teams. • Ensure timely collections and credit discipline • Monitor competitor activity, customer satisfaction and market trends. • Maintain CRM entries and generate weekly & monthly reports. • Report directly to the Managing Director and contribute to the overall growth strategy. Candidate Profile: • Graduate / Diploma in Science, Engineering or Plastics (MBA preferred, not mandatory). • 8-14 years B2B sales experience in industrial minerals / raw materials. • Proven network in the Gujarat - Maharashtra industrial belt. • Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
