Build, operate, and maintain the CI/CD tool chain, in particular Azure DevOps, to achieve reliable and stable releases. Create and maintain installation packages(msi, exe) using WiX technology Constantly removing any manual CM processes and establish fully automated Configuration Management, Build & Release Management, and Continuous Integrations. Installs and configures configuration management (CM) tools/software. Monitors and tunes the installations as appropriate. Performs any required data migration and configuration management tasks. Develops tools/utilities/scripts to assist in CM tasks. Develop and document the continuous deployment build and release process. Learn, evaluates & recommends new technologies and automation opportunities. Smoke testing builds for accuracy and completeness. Troubleshoot build and release issues. Interact with various global product teams to meet their specific needs. Advice development teams on SW configuration management/branching and test automation strategies. Soft Skills: Desire to continuously improve yourself and the organization around you. Passion to automate SW engineering tasks. Creativity to find innovative and realistic solutions to new (and old) challenges. Drive to overcome technical and organizational obstacles and to achieve objectives in time. Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English to explain and document your ideas and plans for different audiences. Experience in working in a globally distributed team. Ability to work independently on projects with minimal direction
