We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural drawing techniques and proficiency in relevant software. This role involves creating detailed drawings and plans that support architects and project managers in the design and construction process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans based on initial designs and specifications. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate representation of design intent. Revise and update drawings as necessary, incorporating feedback from project stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions. Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions. Required Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software. Understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
