Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in Pune. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading strategic planning, fostering innovation, and driving business development. Day-to-day tasks include networking with industry stakeholders, overseeing marketing and sales strategies, managing research efforts, and ensuring the execution of projects aligns with the company's mission. The role also involves financial planning, team building, and maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to support data-driven decision-making Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and brand awareness Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers Proven track record in the aerospace or related industry is beneficial Degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
