As a Sales Associate at Wisedoc , you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — driving outreach, identifying opportunities, and connecting with recruiting leaders and HR tech buyers. You’ll work directly with the founder to build our sales pipeline, conduct market research, and manage early customer relationships. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, and excited to work in the fast-evolving world of AI and recruiting. What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Outreach Identify potential clients (recruiting firms, HR departments, talent acquisition leaders). Craft and send personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups. Maintain and organize outreach data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, or Google Sheets). Sales Support Schedule product demos and support in client meetings. Draft sales decks, proposals, and client communications. Track progress across sales stages and prepare regular updates for leadership. Market Research Research trends in the recruiting and HR tech space. Identify competitors, potential partners, and target audience pain points. Suggest new channels and strategies for customer acquisition. Collaboration & Growth Work closely with the founder on go-to-market strategies. Continuously improve outreach processes and messaging. Provide feedback from prospects to help improve the product and positioning. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and writing skills (especially for cold outreach). Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM systems. Proactive and independent — able to take ownership and drive results. Interest or experience in sales, recruiting, or HR tech is a plus. Passion for startups, AI, and technology-driven solutions.
