Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Manager (Retail & MSME) at Wisdom Capital, located in Noida. The Credit Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the credit portfolio for retail and MSME clients. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating credit applications, conducting credit risk assessments, and monitoring ongoing credit performance. The role also involves developing and implementing credit policies and procedures, coordinating with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, and providing analytical insights to improve credit risk management practices. Qualifications Credit Management, Credit, and Credit Risk Management skills Strong Analytical skills Finance knowledge and skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
