Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components of appliances. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
