Role & responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of wireline link delivery for new and existing accounts. Analyze customer requirements and align them with Airtel Business capabilities to design effective solutions. Ensure preparation of RFS (Ready for Service) documentation and oversee seamless project delivery. Lead and guide the on-ground delivery team while coordinating with NOC, Planning, SCM, Customer Engineering, and Sales teams. Define and monitor customer-impacting KPIs; continuously improve customer support processes. Drive customer satisfaction through SLA adherence, churn control, and rate management. Conduct regular field visits for service migrations, bandwidth upgrades, and device replacements. Organize on-field training sessions to continuously upgrade the teams technical knowledge and operational capabilities. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and maintain performance under pressure to ensure service excellence. Preferred candidate profile Certifications such as CCNA , CCNP , or equivalent will be considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with wireline delivery and operational tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
