Position Overview We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with strong design fundamentals and hands-on experience in creating exceptional user experiences. Employment Details Position Type: Contract (Duration may vary based on project requirements) Experience Required: 3+ years in UI/UX Design Working Days: 5 days per week Probation Period: 15 days Work Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders Develop and maintain design systems and style guides Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design Expert proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and collaboration features) Strong understanding of core design principles including: Typography and color theory Visual hierarchy and composition Grid systems and spacing Responsive design principles Accessibility standards (WCAG) Solid grasp of user-centered design methodology Experience with design systems and component libraries Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good to Have: Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology Experience with user testing and analytics tools Understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions Knowledge of design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode) What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Collaborative and creative work environment Flexible contract terms based on mutual agreement Application Process Interested candidates should submit: Updated resume/CV Portfolio link (required) showcasing recent UI/UX projects Brief cover letter explaining your design approach Note: Contract duration and terms will be discussed and finalized based on project scope and mutual agreement.
