Role Overview: As a senior designer at Lollypop, your main focus will be on designing user interface applications with pixel-perfect precision and implementation guides. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Your role will also involve collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Produce layout concepts based on briefs and develop them further with feedback. - Create highly-detailed, professional designs. - Generate wireframe specifications with annotations for developer implementation. - Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation and troubleshoot any issues. - Define visual design direction and execute design projects. - Take a holistic approach to design by incorporating insights from various parts of the organization. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of design experience. - Proficiency in design theory, including logo, graphic/UI design, and usability principles. - Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. - Ability to facilitate constructive design discussions and motivate collaboration. - Sense of humor and ability to engage and involve others in design conversations.,
