Responsibilities: · Project Coordination: Collaborate with the development team, clients, and product managers to ensure projects are on track with their development cycle and timelines. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project objectives. · Documentation: Prepare comprehensive software demos, user manuals, software training materials, and other relevant documents to support pre and post-sales activities. Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date to assist clients in effectively utilizing our products. · Wireframe Creation: Develop wireframes and mock-ups to visually represent product features and user interfaces. Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs. Iterate on wireframes based on feedback and requirements refinement. · Client Engagement: Conduct software demos and training sessions for clients, demonstrating product features, functionality, and best practices. Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of our product. · Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliverables. Translate client needs into actionable tasks and specifications for the development team. Maintain a meticulous working pattern to track progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Skills: · Education: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field with relevant experience or certifications. · Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in product management or a related field. Familiar with the latest software development tools and technologies. · Product Management: Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including product development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. · Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. · Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the ability to gather customer feedback and use it to inform product development decisions. · Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and make decisions that align with business goals. · Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. · UX Design: Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies. · Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry. · Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations. · Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and vision. · Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. · Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. · Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation. · Continuous Learning: A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
