Key Skills Required: Figma, wireframe design, interaction design, prototype design, design principals, creativity and visual thinking, color theory, visual storytelling, attention to details Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Develop: Ability to create and refine user-centered designs through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Ensure that designs meet both user needs and business objectives. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences. • Feedback and Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and improve designs. Participate in design reviews and critiques. • Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Share knowledge and best practices with the design team and broader organization. • Problem Solving: Address and solve complex design challenges, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals. • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. • Design Systems: Contribute to the creation, development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a user-centered approach. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, etc. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
