Your primary responsibility will be to act as the voice of the user, champion design thinking, and bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality. You will not only be designing but also transforming the user experience. On a daily basis, you will immerse yourself in user interactions, observe their behaviors, identify improvement areas, and understand their pain points. By delving into analytics and user session recordings, you will gather insights to inform your design decisions. Your tasks will include mapping user journeys and information architecture, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Through experimentation, iteration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will bring your designs to life while aligning them with the product vision and key metrics. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive and impactful user experiences Conduct user research to understand behavior, preferences, and interaction patterns Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products Monitor and evaluate the performance of designs, using data to iterate and improve Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to refine design decisions Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends while balancing innovation with usability and outcomes

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. • Experience: 8-12years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a user-centered approach. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, etc. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
