Wire Drawing Operator

• Set up and operate wire drawing machines to draw metal rods into wires of specified gauges and dimensions.
• Monitor the wire drawing process and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect wires for surface defects, consistency, and diameter using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to prevent downtime.
• Replace dies, lubricate machinery, and ensure the drawing process is running smoothly.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure product standards are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
