Job Description: Manufacture and assemble press tools, dies, and fixtures according to engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct tool maintenance , including sharpening, reconditioning, and modification of existing tools. Operate and set up tool room machines such as surface grinders, lathes, milling machines, EDM, wirecut, and drilling machines . Troubleshoot tooling problems that affect press production or component quality. Note: Preferred Immediate joiners to 15 days

Role & responsibilities 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in operating Wire Cut Machines. Knowledge of software such as UG NX-11 or equivalent. Strong understanding of Wire Cut Machine programming . Practical experience in preventive maintenance of Wire Cut Machines. Good communication skills and clear vision (good eyesight). Proficient in using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Willingness to work in all three shifts as per production schedule. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / ITI from reputed institutes such as IGTR , CTTC , or equivalent.

Loading and clamping the workpiece on the machine.Observing the cutting process to ensure it's proceeding planned. Performing daily and weekly preventive maintenance tasks Cleaning the machine and its components,Troubleshooting minor machine issues.
