Dear Jobseeker!! Assistant Manager - Electrical Location: Hyderabad Exp 4-8 Years Budget : 5-6 Lacs P.A . Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager - Electrical to oversee the operations and maintenance of electrical systems for our amusement park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, PLC programming, and power systems, as well as experience managing a team and coordinating with vendors. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC motors. Program and troubleshoot complex PLC circuits. Demonstrate knowledge of various sensor types and wiring techniques. Wire control circuits and interpret electrical drawings. Assign and attend to breakdowns, and plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Manage the operations and maintenance of electrical systems for amusement rides and related equipment. Oversee powerhouse operations and maintain equipment such as transformers, HT & LT panels, and diesel generators (DG). Implement energy conservation strategies to optimize energy usage. Utilize AutoCAD for design and documentation purposes. Prepare critical spare parts lists and manage purchasing processes. Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and project-related work. Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an amusement park or similar environment. Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, PLC programming, and sensor technologies. Experience with power systems, including transformers, switchgear, and generators. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and on-call as needed.
