Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
Windows Server environments (2019 and above)
ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain
PowerShell scripts
for automation, configuration management, and system monitoring.
Install, configure, and manage
Internet Information Services (IIS)
for hosting web applications and services.
Perform
patch management
, system upgrades, and security hardening across Windows infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Windows Server
, IIS, and related services.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and integration of applications.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in Windows Server (2019 and above)
administration and configuration.
Advanced PowerShell scripting
skills for automation and task orchestration.
Hands-on experience with
IIS configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
.
Knowledge of
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
, and related Windows services.
Familiarity with
security best practices
and compliance standards.
Experience with
performance tuning, monitoring tools
, and backup strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
