The Information Technology team at Rubrik plays a pivotal role in shaping business processes, enhancing employee experience, and leveraging technologies to facilitate the organization's growth to over $1B. This team focuses on streamlining operations company-wide by overseeing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. They ensure the secure execution of all phases of the software development lifecycle and meticulously supervise the implementation of appropriate processes and governance. As the primary consumers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik, they serve as advocates for Rubrik on Rubrik. Comprised entirely of SaaS applications with no on-premises infrastructure, Rubrik Corp IT is dedicated to accelerating the enhancement of business value and optimizing various day-to-day operations through platforms such as Salesforce.com, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, among others. This team is committed to delivering rapid business outcomes with uninterrupted system performance supported by agile, nimble, straightforward, yet cohesive Cloud architectures. As an integral part of the IT team, you will report to the Director of Global IT, directly influencing the productivity and security of Rubrik employees worldwide. In this role, a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are essential. Proactive thinking, innovation, and the ability to drive impactful changes will be key to succeeding in this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and provisioning global Rubrik endpoints, such as computers and mobile devices, in alignment with company standards and user requirements. - Implementing and enforcing security protocols and policies for endpoint devices to protect corporate data and infrastructure. - Collaborating with the IT Service Desk Team to provide technical support to end-users for endpoint-related issues. - Managing software applications on various endpoints, including deployment, updates, and licensing, to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Maintaining an accurate inventory of all endpoints, documenting hardware and software details, and creating and updating documentation related to endpoint management procedures and policies. - Deeply understanding Change Management processes, driving patching and updates, and developing and enforcing endpoint usage policies to ensure compliance and security. - Regularly analyzing endpoint performance data to optimize configurations and enhance user experience. - Evaluating endpoint vendors and emerging technologies to make informed recommendations for company procurement and upgrades. To be successful in this role, you will need: - 3-5 years of experience in Global Endpoint Management, with a focus on managing Apple Mac OS & Windows PC. - Proficiency in the Windows/Android and Apple ecosystem of products, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads. - Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems, along with scripting languages. - Familiarity with end user device management technologies like Jamf, InTune, VMware Workspace One, and Apple Business Manager. - Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance standards. - Experience in automated provisioning of end user devices. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with Jamf and certifications, Workspace One, and InTune MDM Tools. - Previous experience in global endpoint management, especially in the tech industry. - Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve endpoint-related issues. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and management teams. - Outstanding customer service skills and self-motivation. Job Description Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs. Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables Review remittance and action the claim for solution towards payment. Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid and denied medical insurance claims Adhere to SOP guidelines within established productivity standards. Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance Accounts Receivable knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.
