Willingness to develop strong competencies Operating System platform support. Knowledge of Powershell/Shell scripting / Python/Ansible will be a plus. Understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes and certification will be added advantage. Good communication. Understanding of cloud computing, basic networking, and storage principles.
