Job Title: Windows Infrastructure Engineer (L3 / Senior Profile) Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 7+ years (Senior / L3 level) Job Type: Full-time Onsite Mode : Hybrid Job Description We are hiring skilled Windows Infrastructure Engineers (L3 / Senior level) to join our Global CIB Infrastructure Windows Team. This role involves managing large-scale Windows server farms (1000+ servers, virtual & physical) , ensuring high availability, performance, and automation via scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows administration, automation, ITIL-based support, and incident/problem management in a banking or large enterprise environment . Key Responsibilities Administration & troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 Automating infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting Managing Active Directory (GPOs, Kerberos, DNS) Performing security patching, vulnerability & obsolescence remediation Handling incidents, problem tickets & change requests (ITIL processes) Working with virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack Supporting SAN disks, Microsoft & Veritas clustering solutions Managing antivirus agents, ePO, monitoring tools Working with SQL Server (basic admin & troubleshooting) Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation (1 week per month) Collaborating with global teams across Madrid, APAC, AMER, MEA, and India Requirements English communication (mandatory) Experience in large environments (1000+ servers) Hands-on expertise in Windows OS, AD, clustering, SAN Strong knowledge of ITIL process (incidents, problems, change) Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible / Ansible Tower (nice to have) Microsoft Certifications preferred (MCSA/MCSE/Azure) Analytical, proactive, customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and under pressure Interview Process : L1 Technical Round: Virtual (MS Teams) L2 Technical + Managerial Round: Face-to-Face at client location Apply Now Send your CV to: muthukrishnan.saminathan@kiya.ai Contact: +91 6369929072
