Knowledge in Installing, Upgrading, and Deploying Windows Server 2012 and Services. Troubleshooting experience in Desktop and Laptop Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP File Knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity, Network printers and User access issues. Excellent ability to handle significant workload with experience in managing multiple projects. Experience in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues Experience in printer installation and configuration Maintaining and configuring of printers via Lan & Server ,Troubleshooting printer issues.
