As an experienced candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for handling various servers and systems at onsite Data Center and Disaster Recovery site of Bank of Baroda in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling Webserver, Middleware, Database, and SAN box server, ensuring seamless operations at Bank of Baroda. - Managing and resolving issues related to middleware connectivity challenges with Oracle database. - Overseeing McAfee EPO antivirus server at Bank of Baroda onsite including policy creation and USB block. - Ensuring security audit closure for Web, App, and Database at DC~DR. - Coordinating and establishing connectivity between DC~DR for successful database replication. - Acting as a single point of contact for Bank of Baroda customer and internal teams. - Deploying security Forcepoint DLP solutions on desktop machines. - Managing SAP ERP servers for compliance, security controls, and change management. - Coordinating and managing corporate fsstech.com website WAF and SSL certificate renewal. - Managing McAfee Enterprise solutions and Microsoft Defender for Mumbai location. - Coordinating between internal and external support teams for issue resolution. - Performing initial analysis and providing workaround solutions based on SOP for applications. - Maintaining day-to-day operations checklist, deployments, and post-implementation validation. - Documenting all necessary information for internal and external audits and ensuring closure of open audit points. - Managing Audit Findings and closure of Audit Bank Thane Office. - Managing Mumbai AD, DHCP, Print server, Zscaler in FSS corporate office, and creating scripts for network automation using Auto IT automation tool.
