Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD) Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using UIpath Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services. Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired. Your profile 210 years of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, with hands-on experience in both Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows. You will play a key role in transforming business processes through intelligent automation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). Build automation solutions for Windows-based, browser-based, and terminal-based applications. Optimize and streamline business workflows to improve operational efficiency. Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals. Manage deployment across environments and provide post-deployment support. Stay updated with emerging technologies like AI and middleware integration, and contribute to their implementation. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills & Expertise Proficiency in Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows. Strong understanding of API and database integrations.
