Windows App Support with .Net Support

You will be working as a Windows App Support with .Net Support professional in a full-time position at FIS. Your role will involve providing technical support activities for a software production processing environment. This includes installing, maintaining, and supporting application/source code and its components and subsystems, including third-party software. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, problems, or known errors related to failures in applications and supporting software components. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance, and resource consumption. The team you will be a part of uses the Infinity Connect (IC) Framework to implement Service Layer Integration. This lightweight integration platform enables message routing and transformation using XSLT and JOLT, including short-running service orchestration between systems. Infinity Connect allows for the development of services using SOAP/XML and REST/JSON using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Flow and Camel in multiple formats. The Enterprise Service Mediation Framework includes a set of Adapters, Integration Objects, Interfaces, and Utility classes to support service mediation to both FIS and third-party service fulfillment endpoints. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Windows, SQL, and Java technologies. You must have hands-on experience working on .Net-based applications in a Windows environment, as well as knowledge of Java and .Net Framework. Proficiency in writing SQL queries, IIS Web Server setup, App Pool Configuration, and exposure to security vulnerabilities are essential skills required for this position.
