Windows App Support with .Net / Java Support

You will be working as a Full-time Windows App Support with .Net / Java Support professional at FIS, providing technical support activities for a software production processing environment. Your role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting application/source code and its components, including third-party software. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, problems, or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amends, performance, and resource consumption. The team you will be a part of utilizes the Infinity Connect (IC) Framework to implement Service Layer Integration. This lightweight integration platform facilitates message routing and transformation using XSLT and JOLT, including short-running service Orchestration between Systems. You will have the opportunity to develop services using SOAP/XML and REST/JSON using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Flow and Camel in multiple formats. The Enterprise Service Mediation Framework provides a set of Adapters, Integration Objects, Interfaces, and Utility classes to support service mediation to both FIS and third-party service fulfillment endpoints. As a successful candidate, you should have 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Windows, SQL, Java technologies, with hands-on experience working on .Net based applications in a Windows Environment. Proficiency in Java, .Net Framework, writing SQL Queries, IIS Web Server Setup, App Pool Configuration, and exposure to Security Vulnerabilities is required. Knowledge of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, as well as basic financial analysis principles and ratios would be considered an added bonus.
