Job Title: Sales Manager – UPVC & Aluminum Industry Location: Mohali Punjab Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the UPVC and aluminum industry. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in building materials, specifically in UPVC and aluminum products. The Sales Manager will identify business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the UPVC and aluminum product lines. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to position products effectively. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and goals to achieve desired business outcomes. Create pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize profitability. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement. Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors. Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Product & Market Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of UPVC and aluminum products, their specifications, and applications. Collaborate with the product development and technical teams to address customer requirements and market demands. Stay updated on industry developments, new product launches, and advancements in technology. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management. Track sales performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions when needed. Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the UPVC, aluminum, or building materials industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required.
