Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to be part of our growth journey in Gujarat. This role is ideal for professionals with a technical mindset and a passion for consultative, solution-based selling. You will be the face of our brand in front of architects, developers, and project stakeholders — managing sales pipelines, building lasting relationships, and turning vision into reality. Key Responsibilities Architect & Consultant Engagement Build strong working relationships with top architects and façade consultants. Conduct product demos and technical presentations. Manage key accounts for repeat business and long-term collaboration. Builder & Developer Relations Meet with leading real estate developers and project head. Drive product approvals, specifications, and project-level engagements. Act as a trusted advisor for design and specification support. Techno-Commercial Sales Understand client needs and project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals. Present pricing, product value, and technical offerings professionally. Project Coordination & Site Engagement Visit current and upcoming project sites to assess requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless execution. Track project progress and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. Reporting & Documentation Maintain organized records of meetings, proposals, and project stages. Share regular updates with the leadership team on lead status and forecasts. Ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems and sales reports.
