As a System Requirement Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for performing SFMEA activities, facilitating cross-functional risk assessment meetings, and workshops. You will collaborate closely with architects and other stakeholders to achieve system-level design objectives, including defining and monitoring Severity, Occurrence, and Detection ratings to ensure accuracy and consistency across designs. You will define FSR and TSR from FSC and TSC, collaborating with customers/stakeholders to perform requirement analysis, elicitation, definition, documentation, and validation on engineering projects. Your role will involve ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability in line with the Requirements Management Plan. Additionally, you will review requirements with Subject Matter Experts and Test Engineers, create and maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approval, and assist the project in generating various metrics related to requirements engineering. You are expected to have good knowledge of automotive systems, SFMEA, and functional safety requirements, along with experience in system requirements engineering and training in applying methods for Requirement Management. Knowledge of ASPICE SYS.1 & SYS.2 processes and familiarity with reviewing and understanding System Architecture will be essential for this role.
