We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windchill PLM Implementation Specialist with over 4 years of relevant experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Windchill PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of system integration and business process workflows. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Windchill PLM implementation and customization projects. Configure Windchill system components, including workflows, lifecycles, ACLs, Info Tasks, Webjects, OIRs, and action models. Integrate Windchill PLM with downstream systems and external applications. Perform build, deployment, and configuration activities across development and production environments. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical support and administration for Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and other PTC suite products. Develop and maintain custom Java, JSP, JavaScript, and J2EE-based extensions and services for Windchill. Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance through best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM implementation and customization. Strong expertise in Windchill versions 10.0/11.0 and PTCs PLM suite. Proficiency in Windchill modules: Workflow, PDM, BOMs, and administration tasks. In-depth knowledge of Windchill build, deployment processes, and integration with enterprise systems. Proficient in Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, and Webservices. Experience in Windchill ProjectLink and PDMLink functionalities. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
