Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Windchill upgrades (e.g., 8.0 to 11.x), data migration, and custom utility development - Expertise in Change Management, OIRs, workflows, and lifecycle templates - Roles ranging from Developer to Migration Lead and Technical Architect - Configure Windchill for business-specific needs - Manage document change control and data migration - Train stakeholders and ensure system adoption - Work cross-functionally with engineering and IT teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PLM solutions with business needs Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Windchill upgrades and data migration - Proficiency in Change Management processes and workflows - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Please note that Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
