Responsibilities: * Conduct quantity surveys & rate analyses * Collaborate with project team including architectural, structural, MEP for design development * Prepare detailed estimates for projects * Ensure accuracy & compliance with industry standards Generation of working drawings and details, specifications and material selections needed at execution stage Coordination with various consultants and vendors as per project requirements Attend client meetings and Site visits to ensure the execution as per design. Will be responsible for maintenance of project documents and other communications A qualified Architect/ a certified Interior Designer who possesses and applies a diversified knowledge of design principles, practices to complete assignments with originality and creativity. Anticipates job expectations, contributes to design solutions and project execution. Knowledge of various materials and finishes, furniture and lighting design having in-depth site experience.
