Handle supplier forms/customer portals registration in cooperation with Sales team, Human Resources (HR), Credit, Local Customer Service (LCS), Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSSE). Focus area Marketing & Event Coordinator - Main Responsibilities: Implementing and help to develop marketing strategies and initiatives in cooperation with the Marketing team. Facilitate communication between the Marketing team and the local Sales team, ensuring effective collaboration and utilization of available marketing tools to support sales activities. Plan, prepare and organize local sales meetings, custom er events and exhibition in collaboration with the Marketing team. Coordinate the distribution of corporate giveaways. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance collaboration, identify ways to bring additional value to the organization for greater efficiency. Focus area First-line Support - Main Responsibilities: Ensure effective execution of sales processes in cooperation with Sales Operations team. Facilitate successful onboarding and implementation of CRM and dashboards usage by being the first line support for the Area Sales team in cooperation with Sales Operations team. Assist on enforcing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in the sales planning/forecasting and opportunity pipeline management. Deliver analytics insights focused on sales performance and customer engagement. Qualification, Experience And Skills Preferably Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience. Preferred experience as a sales coordinator in marine industry. Ability to work independently and systematically. Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
